Malware logs are often lengthy and can take a lot of time to research and interpret. Please be patient while I review your logs. Please note that there is no 'Quick Fix' to modern malware infections and we may need to use several different approaches to get your system clean.

Please make sure to carefully read any instruction that I give you. If you're not sure, or if something unexpected happens, do NOT continue! Stop and ask!. Please follow my instructions carefully and in the order they are posted. You may also find it helpful to print out the instructions you receive. If you have already run it (which by the way is highly inadvisable unless your logs have been analyzed and a trained malware helper instructs you to run it) please provide the log produced which will be located at C: ComboFix.txt Please read carefully and follow these steps. There is a difference between what you see in one of the images below and what I need you to do. We are only creating a log - I do NOT want you to 'cure' or try to fix anything in this step. It is very important that you don't choose Cure when presented with that option. Download and save it to your Desktop. Extract its contents to your desktop. Once extracted, open the TDSSKiller folder and doubleclick on TDSSKiller.exe to run the application, then on Start Scan.

If an infected file is detected, the default action will be Cure but I want you to choose SKIP instead, click on Continue. If a suspicious file is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue. It may ask you to reboot the computer to complete the process. Click on Reboot Now.
If no reboot is require, click on Report. A log file should appear. Please copy and paste the contents of that file here.
If a reboot is required, the report can also be found in your root directory, (usually C: folder) in the form of ' TDSSKiller.VersionDateTimelog.txt'. Please copy and paste the contents of that file here.

It gets very complicated when you post for two different computers, the way we do this is to finish one, close the thread and then you post for the second one. No one helped you with the first one and you say its ok, what I have done was to reopen this one for your laptop as I see malware on it so we will work on the laptop and when its done if your still having issues with your desktop then start a new topic for it. Please download Malwarebytes from or. Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan. When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results. Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location and post the results. Note: If you receive a notice that some of the items couldn't be removed, that they have been added to the delete on reboot list, please reboot. Post the report please OTL by OldTimer. Download to your desktop. Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output. Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.
Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long. When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. Note:These logs can be located in the OTL.

As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal.
