Our Support team will provide the correct patch for your DiskStation model. Hello I've just bought AVerMedia AVerTV Volar HD PRO A835B. I've got DS213. DSM 4.3 and video station 1.2-0439 I see my DVB USB on video station with the name A835B.
I've scanned all my french channels with no pb. I've got EPG on my channels. When I launch a record, I see in Recording schedule the program with recording status. It create a.ts file but with 0Ko and quite fast the recording goes to state incomplete. File is still 0Ko. Do you have this issue?

But videostation asks me to plug a device. I use it only once in a while: My last recording in on Dec 3, 2014. I made some updates since then. My version is DSM 5.1-5021 Update 2 video station: 1.4-0674 I am in France.
Anybody with the same problem? Same problem, since a longer time. I am unabled to found a working usb tuner for my DS414.
I wish my A835 working again in new version, but it seem it will not happen.
